Gift Cards + Promo Code

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, virtual gift cards can be purchased through our website and will be received via email. The virtual gift card will contain a special code that can be entered at checkout. If you are purchasing the gift card for someone else, you can forward the email to the recipient.

How do I use a promo code or gift card? 

You will be able to enter the gift card code or promo code at checkout.

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

Only one promo code is permitted per order. 

Can promo codes or automatic discounts be applied to gift card purchases?

Unfortunately, promo codes or automatic discounts cannot be applied to gift card purchases. However, at times, we may run special promotions on gift card purchases!

Do you offer gift wrap?

At this time, we are not offering gift wrap.

How do I create an account?

To create a Best of Seven account, click on the person icon in the navigation bar and follow the prompts.

Shipping

What is the cost of shipping?

Orders less than $100 will incur a $6.95 shipping charge. If your order total (before tax) is above $100, your order will ship for free.

When will my order ship? 

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Expedited orders are processed same day if placed before 4pm EST. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Which mail carrier do you use?

Your package will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS (dependent on region, shipping method, etc.). Most standard orders will ship via USPS.

What if I need to ship to multiple addresses?

If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to process those orders separately.

If I order multiple items, will they all arrive at the same time?

There are several instances where your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If you purchase a customized product (foil monogram or embroidered apparel), those items will ship separately, with a longer lead time. Additionally, if your order contains a pre order item, we will ship the items that are available first and ship out the pre order item(s) when they become available. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Japan & New Zealand. International orders are final sale.

Does Best of Seven have a store front?

We do not have a retail storefront, however, our Office + Design Center is located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood and Pop-up shops may be held there from time to time. Join our email list to be the first to find out about those events!

Can I find Best of Seven products at other retailers?

We currently only sell our products through our website.

Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

Once an order is submitted, it goes directly to our fulfillment center and, in many cases, ships immediately. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate order changes once your order has been placed. Should you need to return an item once it arrives, please see our policy here.
