We hope everything you purchase from Best of Seven is an All-Star! However, we understand that not everything you order always works out. If you find this to be the case, please refer to our Return Policy below:

Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Best of Seven has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements.

Final sale items, gift cards and personalized and/or monogrammed items are not eligible for return. All international orders are FINAL SALE.

Upon receipt of your return, Best of Seven will notify you via email that your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days. If your returned item(s) were purchased with a gift card, you will receive a credit back to that same gift card, so please hold on to that gift code.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you have purchased an item and would like a different size or color, you will need to process that as a return and make a new purchase.

Return Process (US Orders Only)

If you wish to make a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Email to request a return label. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return.
  2. A Best of Seven customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours (during business hours – M-F, 9am-5pm CST) with a prepaid return label.
  3. Print the return label and affix to box/mailer containing the item(s) you are returning. Please include the invoice with your return.
  4. Drop off at any USPS location.
  5. You will be notified via email once your return is processed.
