Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Items will typically be delivered Monday through Saturday, except holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Expedited orders are processed same day if placed before 4pm EST, otherwise they are processed on the next business day.
Shipping charges for domestic orders totaling less than $100 are $6.95. Domestic orders of $100 or more ship for free.
International orders will be charged a $35 shipping fee. We currently ship to Australia, Canada, Japan & New Zealand.
Expedited orders will be charged based on the shipping service selected, the total order weight and the carrier's shipment zone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number typically will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Best of SevenTM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
